A Quickie Factoid! What’s the difference between brown and white eggs?
Well, besides the fact that white eggs are white and brown eggs are brown (tee hee), nutritionally speaking, not a damn thing.
White shelled eggs are produced by hens with white feathers and white ear lobes and brown shelled eggs are produced by hens with red feathers and red ear lobes. There is no difference in taste or nutrition content so don’t pay more for brown eggs just cuz they look fancier!
