New Healthy Habits: All You Need Is 3 Weeks

The beginning of another November week:

So start it off with this little fact: Experts say that it takes 21 days to create a new habit.  So if you’re trying to make it a healthy fall and create some positive life changes – whether it be exercising more, eating better, taking the stairs every day, meditating, or cutting down on artificial sweeteners, know that you need to give yourself a solid three weeks to make it stick.

Three weeks?! I mean, that’s only 6 weekend nights out. That is so do-able, right kids? So make yourself a priority and commit to making more dinners at home, cutting back on smoking, adding in an extra piece of fruit a day, or drinking more water and less diet coke. Just think. Three weeks? that’s only three episodes of Greys….
