Q: What is the nutritional value of hosts at church? I may have eaten a lot of them as a kid…
A: For all you pagan babies, a host is the little bread you get that is supposed to symbolize Jesus’ body. I am pretty sure you would need to eat them in mass quantity for them to have any actual nutritional value because they are only made of wheat and water.
And even then, as you would know if you’ve tried one, any calories consumed would be probably be negated by those burned trying to scrape it off of the roof of your mouth.
