Guess what January is?
There are 4 main types of tea: White, Green, Oolong and Black. All of these have cancer fighting properties and antioxidants (green and white tea have the most).
Herbal teas like chamomile, ginger, or mint tea are not actually “tea” in the traditional sense (they’re not from the leaves of the plant camellia sinensis) – but are a mixture of herbs that still have extremely beneficial properties.
